Islander Koa S Sport

The Koa S Sport is a compact sit-on-top kayak for beach days and easy paddles on local water. At 258 cm long and 16 kg it is short and light enough to carry down to the water and load onto a roof rack single handed.

The multi-chine hull with a full keel gives a stable platform that still holds a line, and the wave-piercing bow and water-shedding deck make it good fun in small surf. Self-bailing scupper holes drain it as you go, and the sculpted seat and moulded foot well suit a wide range of paddlers.

The Sport specification adds a Deluxe adjustable backrest and seat pad and a 6 inch screw hatch with a pull-out bag. The Koa features an ergonomic moulded footbrace, a moulded bottle holder, a bow bungee paddle park and a stern tank well with bungee.
