Description
The Kit Klip is a micro wiregate karabiner on a short polyester lanyard, for the simple job of making sure the things you would hate to lose stay attached to the boat. A radio, a phone, a GPS, a PLB, a knife, a hatch cover, a dry bag, an air bag. Anything small enough to go over the side and expensive enough to matter.
It is marine grade stainless throughout, so there is nothing in it to seize up or corrode after a season of salt water, and the wiregate design is snag free and needs no maintenance.
Worth saying plainly: this is a kit clip, not a climbing karabiner, and it is not rated for holding a person.
