Petzl Oscillante Pulley

An emergency pulley with swinging side plates, light enough at 38 g to live in a PFD pocket without any real argument against carrying it. The side plates swing open so it goes onto a rope mid-line rather than needing anything unclipped, which is the point when something has to be rigged in a hurry. The attachment point is wide enough that most locking karabiners can rotate freely in it rather than ending up cross-loaded.

Petzl build the sheave from recycled nylon on aluminium side plates and describe it as an emergency pulley, which is a fair summary. It is for improvised hauls and crevasse rescue rather than a system being worked repeatedly under load.
